Sample; his children, Mindy Baldwin (Pat) of Murray and Mark Sample (Stephanie) of Post Falls, Idaho; his grandchildren, Tyler, Hunter "Pete", Bella and River; his siblings, Jim Sample of Butte and Joyce Schaeffer of Medford, Oregon; and his nieces and nephews, Jay and Jason Sample.
