He was predeceased by: his father Paul Charles, Sr.; and his siblings, Chris Charles and Pamela Kinne. He is survived by: his significant other Sunni Reed of Pinehurst; his children, Paul J. Charles, III of Virden, Robert G. Charles of Galesburg, Bille Sue Howell of Manchester, Melissa Jolliff of Clarkston, Amanda Keller of Pinehurst, Mark Estes of Hayden and Michael Estes of Lewiston; his mother Caroline Charles of Pinehurst; and his brothers, Vaughn Charles of Smelterville, Jack Charles of Little Rock and David Charles. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
