He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Church and Dorothy Church (Vanderwall) of Payette, Idaho.; and his sisters, Carolyn Thode, Evelyn Sands and Sharon Yasuda.
He is survived by: his children, Lonnie Church (Beverly) of Ontario and Lorrie Percifield (Doug) of Ontario; his wife Carma Church; his sister Ethel Walters (Gene); his brother-in-law Junior Yasuda; his granddaughters, Kristy Scheimer (Shane) and Erin Robinson (Devin); and his great grandchildren, Avery, Easton, Jude and Charlie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
