He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Cluff (Harvey); his children, Tammy (Michael Campbell), Lorrie (Dan Cudaback), Drew (Shellie), Ladd (Lisa), Amy (AJ Caviness) and Adam (Mari); and his grandson Aaron. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
