He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Osborn and Thaddene Osborn (Jennings). He is survived by: his wife Suzan McMillon; his daughters, Shannon Osborn of Payette and Jacquelynne Osborn of Buhl, Idaho.; his grandson Carter Osborn Bacon; his sisters, Linda Osborn and Helen (Bill Marsh); and his siblings-in-law, Steve McMillion (Janis) and Sharon Ruddles.
