In the vast expanse of eternity, Alvin shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Alvin farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Winonah Beal and Alvin Petty. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Petty; his stepson Kimo Muraki; his daughter-in-law Jennifer of Tacoma; his stepdaughter Lipine Muraki-Griffin; his son-in-law Matthew of Volcano, Hawaii.; his sisters, Porsha Blankenship, Sandra Wymer, Marueen Hale and Sue Petty Shelton; and his half-brother Joe Petty. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, brother and sister in laws.
