He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Hazlewood (David), Mindy Smith, Mandy Hoagland (Jim) and Jan Schroeder; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Raegan, Dylan, Alyssa, Owen, Hunter and Lillian; his sisters, Connie Langenegger and Barbara Morehouse Ethen; and his sister-in-law Jo Ann Moline. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; friends.
