Sam was predeceased by: wife Pauletta. Sam is survived by: children, Barbara Fajen (Bruce), Sheryl Cortese (Paul Mattern), Susan Cortese, Christopher Cortese and Patricia Raaum; and sister Nettie Eames. Sam is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
