He was predeceased by: his parents, William Moser and Justina Moser (Schweigert); his wife Darlene Rachel (Villhauer); his siblings, Lydia Gehring, Helen Schulz, Edna Scholl, Mildred Smith, Ciara Stoecker and Edwin Moser; and his son-in-law Jim Plocher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Virginia Plocher of Rupert, ID and Tammy Bliss (Victor) of Paul, ID. He is also survived by two grandchildren, one great grandson, five step-grandchildren and 10 step-greatgrandchildren.
