She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony C. Hazuka; and her parents, Wayne Hoffman and Elizabeth Hoffman. She is survived by: her sons, John (Andrea Lang), Mark (Dana Legg) and Jim Hazuka (Mia); her grandsons, Ira and Ewan; her cousins, Gayle DeBusk and Laurie Currie; and her close friend Chase. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in law, nieces, and nephews.
