He was predeceased by: his parents, Evera Morgan and Zora Morgan (Nebeker); his former wives, Geneva "Arleen" Moyes Morgan and Barbara Ann Glenn Morgan; his wife Betty Jo McClellan Morgan; and his sons, Chad, Shepard and Franklin.

He is survived by: his children, Arlen, Devera, Greg Morgan (Becky) of Queen Creek, Kent McClellan (Vickie) of Paul and Terrie Larsen (Reo). He is also survived by 49 grandchildren; and 70-plus great-grandchildren.
