He is survived by: his mother Jane Pratt Page; his wife Jennifer Page; his sons, Cole Page and Brady Page; his parents-in-law, Ann Petty and Roger Petty; his siblings-in-law, Iris Petty, Robyn Salisbury, Jessica Potila and Glen Petty; and his siblings, Eric Page (Janet), Bill Page (Melanie), Stephanie Bennett (Kevin), Todd Page, Amy King (Clayton), Kaylee Ludwig (Paul), Jessica Peterson (Drew) and Jordan Page (Gabrielle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
