He is survived by: his spouse Nancy; his children, Ashley Menge (Brian) and Ralph II; his grandchildren, Owen Menge, Payton Menge and Logan Menge; and his siblings, Diane Miller, Karen Vagarasoto (Jim), Raymond Ningard (Paula), Pamela Ningard (George), Noreen Matts (Rick), Denise Ningard (Bill Livock), Mark Ningard, Valerie Cudney (Marc) and Dan Ningard (Michelle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
