She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Wasyl; her children, Oksana Tryluk (Iwan), Mary Ann Gilbert (Robert) and Natalia Smolilo (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Teresa Smolilo, Larysa Riddlebaugh (Kelly), Danylo Smolilo and Andrew Gilbert (Jordan); her great grandchild Georgia Gilbert; and her siblings, Ihor Markewycz (In Ukraine) and Johanna Czajka (Oleksa).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to St. Josaphat Cathedral or Mt. Alverna Village.
