He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Eborn and Blanche Hymas Eborn; his sibling Lavoy Eborn; his wife Joan; and his son-in-law Clint Humpherys.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Joan Humpherys, Corin Max Eborn and Jamie Lynne Clarke; and his sister Norene Thomas of Lakepoint, UT.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
