He is survived by: his wife Michelle Joan Eborn of Paris; his children, Casey (Mallory), Kym Allen (Shaun), Cody (Danielle), Kyle, Kade (Blaine), Matthew and Hailey; and his siblings, Debra Rich (Kirk), Dale Humpherys (Kalleen), Lori Mosbrucker, Chad Humpherys (Jamie) and Lisa Bloxham (Lyle). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
