He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Buck Smedley and Grace Ellen Poulson Smedley; and his siblings, Violet, Cloree and James.
He is survived by: his former spouse Vella Woodall; his daughter Deby Eborn (Alan) of Paris; his grandchildren, Angela Eborn and Ryan Eborn; and his siblings, Garna Arnell (Douglas) of Hood River, Beverly Silvers and Tom Smedley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
