He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford and Vyrle; and his siblings, David Flatt, Dorothy Simpson and Donna Auer.
He is survived by: his wives, Evelyn Smith and Evelyn Flatt of Osburn; his children, Cory Flatt (Samantha) of Osburn, Chad Flatt (Tessa) of Post Falls, Jason Flatt (Alicia) of Seattle, Tina Douglas (Andy) of Michigan, Steven Tippen (Cassie) of Coeur, Alma Bell, Loraine Navis and Kenny Flatt; and his grandchildren, Luna, Orin, Nolan, Matthew, Cylas, Archer, Lyn, Naomi, Kaylee and Joseph. He is also survived by 8 nieces and 14 nephews.
