He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cook and Carolyn Cook (Friendly). He is survived by: his wife Lynn Cook; his children, Chris Cook (Debbie) of Osburn, ID and Lisa Delbridge (Bob) of Yuma, AZ; his grandsons, Nathan Cook (Alyssa) of Coeur d'Alene and Kidman Cook (Emily) of Osburn, ID; and his great grandchildren, Cali, Addi, Jackson and Madilynn.
