It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Doney (Osburn, Idaho), born in Spokane, Washington, who passed away on September 12, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Holmquist and Doris Holmquist (Nodland); and her brother Tommy Holmquist. She is survived by: her former husband Lloyd Alan Doney; her daughters, Keri Tester (Eric) of Osburn and Casey Bergem (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Jacob Tester, Joshua Tester and Brianna Bergem; and her brother Roger Holmquist (Mary) of Spokane Valley.
