With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wallace Cameron Schmidt of Orofino, Idaho, born in Weippe, Idaho, who passed away on March 8, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Frederic Schmidt and Ruth Carol Schmidt (Gordon); his brother Sawmill; his stepchildren, John William Schmidt and Ilene Marie Schmidt (Schmidt); his wife Iris Margaret Fisher; his children, Bryan Robert Schmidt (Tammy) of Eagle, ID and Dudunake (Harry); his granddaughter Savannah Dahlgren (Kyle Brotzman); his great grandchildren, Brooks James Brotzman, Brandon Schmidt and Taylor Dudunake (Hailey Dugan); and his sisters, Joyce Simpson, Seward of Alaska, Wilma Smith and Meridian of Idaho.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
