He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Gardner and Patricia Gardner; and his brother Doug Manuel. He is survived by: his wife Tracia; his son Michael Manuel of Vicksburg, MS; his stepchildren, DJ Powers of Seattle, WA, Timothy Powers (Amber) of Seattle, WA and Kristina Powers of Orofino, ID; and his siblings, Rusty Gardner (Paula) of Vicksburg, MS, Donnie Gardner (Tammy) of Vicksburg, MS and Debra Harnar (Brian) of Downsville, LA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
