She is survived by: her mother Rhonda Berles; her daughter Lorelei Lee Marie Rose; her stepfather Tim Jacobsen; her siblings, Terry, Drew, Jerry Jr. and Amy Rose; her grandparents, Joyce Berles, Art and Peggy Brandt; her aunts and uncles, Angie Chase, Charlene Allen (Duffy), Christina Faurot (Irv), Rhonda Furman (Ron), Marvin Rose (Angie) and Terry Rose; her cousins, Staci Chase, Jake Chase, Shelby Wright, Shawn Rose, Sandra Blake, Ben Sherman, Peyton Chase, Iris Blake, Ron, Andrew Furman, Amber, Casey Rose, Peggy Hanson, Sarah Kohlhoff and Glenn Allen; and her friend Jade Thompson.
