He was predeceased by: his close friend Tom Burns. He is survived by: his parents, Dewey Clark and Judy Clark; and his siblings, Linda Headrick (Ken), Laura Whitehouse (Jerry), Leanne Hamilton (Dave) and Darrin Clark (Sheila). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
