He is survived by: his grandchild Scouting; his children, Douglas A. Moulton (Lucy), Julie Bendixsen (Byron), Heidi VanWalraven (Brandon), Annette Dopp (David) and Lisa Kent (Brandon); his mother Shirley Jean Moulton Burzynski; and his siblings, Sheila Jean Boyd, Robert "Bob" Moulton, James "Jim" Moulton and Debra "Debbie" Ebat. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
