We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Bill A. Balter of New Plymouth, Idaho. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Balter; and his daughter Deby Holbrook Smith. He is survived by: his son-in-law Dennis Smith of Snowville; and his daughter Dorothy Munson (Bart) of Layton, Utah. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Senior Center in New Plymouth, Idaho.
