Downey; his former wife Rebecca Wilson (Dean); his stepchildren, Mariah Cheintel Wilson, Billy Carol Wilson III and Jeremiah Nathanael Wilson; his close friend Hans Solo; his stepmother Karen Downey of Council; his brother Jason Downey; his nephew Ryan Downey; and his niece Maliah Downey of Boise.
