He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Doris Branstetter and Oscar Branstetter of New Meadows; his wife Linda Branstetter (Dehlin); his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Scott Eldridge of Grangeville; his daughter Traci Branstetter; his son-in-law Mike Conaway of Lewiston; his son Eric Branstetter of New Meadows; his grandchildren, Matthew, Erin of Nampa, Derek, Brooke, Nick of McCall, Bryan, Scarlett of Fallon, Jared, Megan of Lewiston, Briana, Tyson of Kuna, Colton and Liz of New Meadows; his great grandchildren, Avery Butler, Oliver Pfaff, Visalia, Reata Eldridge, Ruger Hersel, Justin, Baby Ronnie Eldridge, Huxton Ivey and Everleigh Branstetter; and his siblings, Diana Holbrook (Bob) of Nampa and Wes Branstetter (Kelle) of Longview. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many cherished friends.
