He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Spiry and Hertha Spiry; his sister Betty Pfitzer; his son Steven Spiry; and his wife Bonnie.
He is survived by: his sibling Wally; his children, Daniel Spiry (Jodi) of Crete, NE and Vickie Sandvik (Chuck) of Nampa, ID; and his brother Tim Spiry of Rapid City, SD. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
