He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeannetta Campbell and Mason Campbell Clingan, Sr.; and his sister Gail Clingan Hovard. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Hooper of Grass Valley, CA; his children, Scott Clingan (Rheta) of Donnelly, ID, Sarah Rosenlund (Joe) of Moxee, WA and Stephen Clingan of Spring Creek, NV; his grandchildren, Mason (Drusilla), Christopher, Stephenie and Sydnee Clingan; his stepgrandchildren, Jamie Hollister (Clint) and Adam Rosenlund (Olivia); his great grandchildren, Tana, Chet, Aria Clingan and Killian Hollister; and his sister Margaret Clingan of Grass Valley, CA..
