Chantz of Nampa, Idaho, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on September 17, 2021, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Keith, Cathy Malmstadt of Holland, MI, Corrine Mayer of Dousman, WI, Shapour, Mary Arami of St. Charles, IL, Julie Chantz of East Pittsburgh, PA and Cindy Chantz (Jack Carey) of Beaver, PA.
