We bid farewell to Ila Cherrington of Nampa, Idaho, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 22, 2024 at the age of 92. Ila touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Ila may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ila touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ina Day and Lloyd Day. She is survived by: her daughter Colene; her son-in-law John Montgomery; and her grandchildren, Charice McClaskey, Casey Cherrington, Aaron Montgomery and Jason Montgomery. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
