It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen M. Proctor (Nampa, Idaho), born in Burley, Idaho, who passed away on December 29, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Milo T. Means and Della Palmer Means; her husband Harold Proctor; and her granddaughter Sarah Beth Hoiland. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Katie Boggess (Matthew), Kellie Hoiland (Jared), Andrew Hoiland (Ashleigh), Matthew Hoiland and Michael Hoiland. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
