We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2020, at the age of 78, Douglas Howard Shurtz (Nampa, Idaho), born in Salt Lake City, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Howard Shurtz; and his sister Patsy Switzer. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Shurtz; his children, Raymond Shurtz and Rebecca Grover (Jospeh); his mother Marjory Woolsey Shurtz; his sisters, LuAnn Griener, Margie Stolte (Robert) and Toni Wright (Wayne); and his grandchildren, Michael Shurtz (Becca), Robert Shurtz, Sarah Shurtz, Bailee Grover, Jessica Grover and Alexander Grover. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial donations may be given to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 1275 E. Fairfax Rd, Salt Lake City, UT 84103.
