He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Durfee and Daisy Durfee (Lipe); and his siblings, Joseph, Peter Durfee and Ellen Autio.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul A. Durfee, II of Anchorage, Alaska and Patrick Durfee of Anchorage; and his brothers, Harold R. Durfee, Jr. (Karen) of Mullan, Randall G. Durfee of Mullan, William John Durfee (Kathleen) of Cleveland, Ohio, Mark Durfee of Buhl and Brian Durfee (Denise) of West Point, Utah. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
