She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Elizabeth Smith (Pfeiffer) and Winfield Kenneth Smith Sr.; her brothers, Chester Smith, Gaylor Smith and George Richard Beberness; and her son David Humpherys.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Humpherys (Connie) and Greg Humpherys (Stacie); her siblings, Winfield Kenneth "Junior" Smith, Patricia Combs, Mary Richman and Sharon De Lanoy; and her grandsons, Matthew Humpherys and Steven Humpherys. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In remembrance of Charlene's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Mountain Home Fire Department.
