He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirk Rush and ImoGene Rush (Muck); and his son Nathan James. He is survived by: his wife Leola Rush; his sons, Stephen (Dawnyel) of Idaho Falls and Andrew (Camille) of Pocatello; his grandchildren, Cameron, Jayden, Jacob and Kellyn; and his brothers, Dick (Nancy) of Boise, Mike (Linda) of Boise and Wayne (Liz) of Boise.
