He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Garrett, Sr. and Gertrude Olson. He is survived by: his siblings, Norman and Shirley; his wife Dixie Marjean Terry; and his children, Mike Garrett (Wanda) of Morgan Hill, CA, Pat Garrett (Gerri) of Moscow, Shelley Frei (Don) of Moscow and Lori Fraser (Scott) of Falls City.
