He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Browning (Robert Osborn) and Jim Rasmussen. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Jennifer Colwell and Fischer Osborn (Brooke Spurgeon); his sisters, Patty (Darrel Moss) and Kay (Denny Chandler); and his half-sister Rhonda Osborn.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Princeton Church of the Nazarene (1008 Gold Hill Rd, Princeton, ID 83857). A reception will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
