He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Foster and Zelma Foster; and his siblings, Edith, Sharon, Loretta and Roger.
He is survived by: his wife Caron Ells of Moscow; his children, Deborah of Moscow and Randy (Dori) of Lewiston; his granddaughters, Logan, Parker and Hayden of Lewiston; his siblings, Darrell Foster (Kathy) of Salem, Ore and Judy Moore (Bill) of Omaha, Neb.; and his caregiver Venessa Sturing. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hodge Funeral Home (138 S 8th St, St Maries, ID 83861).
