He is survived by: his wife Carol Forell; his children, Melissa Goodwin (Justin) of Moscow, Galen Millard (Karen), Doug Millard (Carol) of Sandpoint and Corey Millard of Sandpoint; and his siblings, Maida Buck and Val Millard (Sue). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
