She was predeceased by: her parents, David Girdner and Laura Girdner (Flenniken); her husband Bill; and her siblings, Dorothy Phoenix and Raymond Girdner.

She is survived by: her sons, William A. Billingsley Jr., David J. Billingsley and Thomas J. Billingsley. She is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
