She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Childers and DeMaris Childers (Carscallen). She is survived by: her former husband John Ihm of Moscow; her spouse Mel Miller; her siblings, Kevin Childers (Cindy), Carla Williams (Guy) and Craig (Butch); her daughters, April Ihm (Aaron), Lacey Ihm (Allen) and Michelle Ihm; and her grandchildren, Aurora and Levi Beplate.

Memorial donations can be made to the American Lung Association or the Palouse Humane Society.
