He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Adams and Melba Ann Cottrell Adams; his wife Lila Adams; his children, Taunya Adams and Tracy Adams; his son-in-law Alex Stecklein; his grandson Chris Adams; and his siblings, Irma Monson, Ferris Adams, Ronald Adams, Lois Hennefer, Sandra Adams and Bernice Adams.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Stecklein of Thomas, Rick Adams (Theresa) of Wapello and Claudia Cox (Stacey Lloyd) of Blackfoot; his daughter-in-law Rose Adams of Chubbuck; and his sister Beulah Chaffin of Blackfoot. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren with one on the way, and 21 great great grandchildren.
