He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Waylon Duncan and Jeanette Renee Williams; and his brothers, Jay Wayne Duncan, Mike Duncan and Paul Jacobson.
He is survived by: his former wife Tanya Lee Jones; his children, Christopher J. Duncan (Kelly) of Blackfoot and Monique R. Baysingar (Larry) of Yona, Guam; and his siblings, Bonnie Bradley, Cheryl Duncan, Chyllia Duncan, Dennis Duncan (Tonya), Dirk Duncan (Terry), Jeff Duncan, Marsa Mellem and Beverly Cope (Alvin). He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
