He was predeceased by: his son Dan; and his granddaughter Brittany. He is survived by: his wife Orlene; his sons, Steve and Duane (Marilyn); and his stepchildren, Ron Lewis (Patti) and Gay Miller (Paul). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
