He is survived by: his children, Travis Woolstenhulme (Andrea), Sadie Jean Campbell and Tana Leigh Allen (Jeff); his grandchildren, Alexis Keetch (Kasey), Khloe Jean, Brynleigh, Crue Hymas, Kyler Woolstenhulme (Mackenzie), Shylee, Izzy Slash and Stormi Allen; and his great grandchild Koy Keetch.
