She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Stoddard and Elsie Stoddard; and her brother David Stoddard. She is survived by: her husband Allyn Phelps; her sister Kathleen Davies; and her children, Jamie Pearson (DeWayne), Burke Phelps, Royce Phelps (Marcy) and Tyrel Phelps (Jennifer). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
