It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice Faye Jones (Montpelier, Idaho), born in Idaho Falls, Idaho, who passed away on January 2, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Storms and Florence Storms (Backlund); her husband Alyn Jones; her daughter Carrie Sheldon; her son-in-law Ken Clark; and her brother Robert Storms.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Jones (Carla), Christine Clark and Lisa Douglass (Scott); and her brothers, Rulon Storms (Judy) and Dennis Storms (Kathy). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Schwab - Matthews Mortuary (702 Clay St, Montpelier, ID 83254). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
