He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Daryl Wilkes Michaelson and Lois Mae Kunz; his grandfather Abel Kunz; his cousins, Susan, Linda, Mark and Kyle Kunz; his wife Vicki Dare Michaelson (Boulter); his children, Paul Michaelson (Cristy), Aaron, Ashlyn, Jacob, Joshua, Jeff Michaelson (Amy), Branson, Laura Smith (Andrew), Rachel, Audrey, Ian, Ken Michaelson (Jenny), Camdyn, Nolan, Steven Michaelson (Rachel), Faye, Charles and Robert; and his siblings, Jerry Michaelson (Judy) and Dan Michaelson. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Foundation.
